Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior SFCC Quality Engineer (QE) with strong functional testing expertise on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and good-to-have automation experience. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in testing eCommerce applications and leading quality initiatives across the testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute functional testing for SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) based eCommerce applications
• Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to create detailed test scenarios and test cases
• Perform end-to-end testing, including regression, integration, system, and UAT support
• Validate SFCC features such as catalog, product, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, order management, and integrations
• Coordinate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
• Identify, track, and manage defects using standard defect management tools
• Review test artifacts and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
• Mentor junior QEs and provide guidance on functional testing approaches
• Good to have: Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for SFCC applications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 815 years of overall QA experience with strong focus on SFCC functional testing
• Hands-on experience testing eCommerce platforms, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce business flows and integrations
• Experience in test planning, test design, execution, and defect management
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing activities

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
• Basic understanding of SFCC architecture and APIs
