Job Title: Assistant Manager Application (Service Engineer)

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/Graduate- Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machine models and Passure configurations

Strong technical knowledge of pharma machinery such as Compression and Capsule Filling machines

Translate user requirements into technical scopes and prepare accurate quotations

Visit customer sites for inspection, retrofitting, and upgradation assessments

Resolve customer issues by providing effective technical solutions

Prepare customized technical proposals and detailed application documentation

Collaborate with the Sales team for pre-sales technical discussions and support

Ensure accurate equipment selection based on application (Compression, Filling, etc.)

Coordinate with Design and Production teams for modifications and customizations

Support in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and assist in validation processes

Prepare utility requirement documents, and Passure-related documentation

Handle application-related customer queries and provide post-sales technical support

Maintain internal records, reports, and documentation related to application engineering

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in B.E./B.Tech/Graduate - Mechanical.

78 years of experience in application engineering, preferably in pharma machinery (Compression, Filling,)

Strong understanding of machine capabilities, application needs, and Passure systems

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer interaction skills

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems, SAP

Ability to manage multiple application projects and coordinate cross-functionally

Experience in project-driven or customized machinery environments

Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
