Role Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow professional with experience in managing ServiceNow offerings, supporting go-to-market initiatives, partner engagement, licensing coordination, and business operations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
The role involves working closely with sales, pre-sales, delivery, finance, procurement, and ServiceNow stakeholders to drive pipeline growth, improve operational efficiency, and support overall ServiceNow business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage ServiceNow business and offering initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on GTM and co-sell opportunities
- Coordinate with ServiceNow stakeholders and internal teams for business alignment
- Support pipeline tracking, governance reviews, and reporting activities
- Manage ServiceNow licensing coordination, invoicing, and usage tracking
- Work with finance, procurement, legal, and delivery teams for smooth execution of business processes
- Support enablement and internal alignment on ServiceNow offerings and solutions
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 7–13 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or ServiceNow ecosystem roles
- Experience working with ServiceNow offerings, operations, partnerships, or business functions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Exposure to GTM activities, partner engagement, pipeline management, or licensing operations
- Good understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem and enterprise business operations
