Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale Workforce solutions within a global Life Sciences organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, HR technology architecture, and workforce transformation programs, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution across global teams.

Your tasks

• Designing and governing end-to-end Workforce solutions across ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, Payroll, and Time Management platforms
• Architecting and optimizing integrations between Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and global payroll systems such as ADP, Ramco, or Euhreka
• Defining solution architectures, integration patterns, security models, and data governance standards aligned with enterprise architecture principles
• Leading technical solution design, troubleshooting complex architectural issues, and providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR, data privacy regulations, and security requirements through activities such as System Risk Assessments (SRAs)
• Collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams to deliver scalable and future-ready Workforce solutions
• Driving API management, event-driven architectures, identity management, and data integration best practices across the HR technology landscape
• Acting as a trusted advisor for business and technical stakeholders while leading architectural governance and technology roadmaps
  
  

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in HR Technology, Enterprise Architecture, or Solution Architecture roles
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Workforce-related workflow automation
• Hands-on experience working with Workday HCM, Core HR, Security, and Workforce data models
• Previous work in integrating Payroll and Time Management platforms such as ADP, Ramco, Euhreka, or similar solutions
• Strong understanding of GDPR, data privacy frameworks, security controls, and System Risk Assessments (SRAs)
• Expertise in API integrations, event-driven architectures, identity and access management, and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience working in large-scale global environments with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Very good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with global teams
