Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead

Experience: 610 Years (Mid-level: 57 Years | Tech Lead: 810 Years)

Work Mode: Remote

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, backend integrations, and platform fundamentals, with exposure to AI-driven experiences or ITX/Technology workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.
  • Build and maintain Script Includes, Glide scripts, Scheduled Jobs, and business logic.
  • Design and implement backend APIs, data models, and integrations to support content delivery and search capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot issues across ServiceNow content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment with distributed stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, upgrade-safe, and aligned with ServiceNow standards.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 610 years of total experience in software or platform development.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (Tech Lead level).
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals and architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing backend services, APIs, data structures, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with end-to-end ownership mindset.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Specialization Tracks1. AI Experiences

Must Have:

  • Strong ServiceNow development skills and platform fundamentals.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Virtual Agent, Now Assist, or AI / Generative AI capabilities within ServiceNow.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts or AI-enabled workflows.
2. ITX / Technology Workflows

Must Have:

  • Strong ServiceNow development skills and platform fundamentals.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with ITAM, SPM, or ITSM Change Management (CHG) modules.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT operations and service management processes.
