Position: Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow professional to join a dynamic delivery team supporting enterprise-level IT service management initiatives. This role focuses on building scalable solutions, enhancing platform capabilities, and ensuring smooth service operations within a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Configure and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITSM processes
• Customize core modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, and CMDB to meet business needs
• Build and maintain scripts, workflows, UI components, and automation logic to improve operational efficiency
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using APIs and web services
• Support platform upgrades, releases, and ongoing enhancements while ensuring system performance
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability
• Guide junior team members and promote best practices in development and configuration

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Strong background in ITSM processes and implementations
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (including Glide framework)
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with platform architecture, data models, and security best practices
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a deadline-driven environment
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business users

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or ITSM
• Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum / Kanban)
• Experience working in integration-heavy or enterprise environments
