• Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules based on enterprise requirements.
• Design and implement Flow Orchestration and automation to streamline IT processes.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications and services.
• Develop and customize applications using ServiceNow Studio.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Apply JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
• Collaborate directly with customers, ServiceNow developers, and process owners to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
