Senior ServiceNow Developer (SAM & HAM) - contract

**Key Responsibilities :**- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, specifically SAM Pro and HAM Pro. - Develop and enhance workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. - Implement automation for asset discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance. - Ensure proper ingestion and maintenance of asset data from various sources (CMDB, SCCM, JAMF, Intune, etc.). - Maintain best practices for platform performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing enhancements. - Lead the implementation and optimization of Software Asset Management, including license models, software counters, entitlements, and compliance reporting. - Manage Hardware Asset lifecycle, including procurement, receiving, stockroom management, assignments, and disposal. - Ensure data integrity and adherence to global asset management standards.

**Key Skills Required :**- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. - Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules. - Expertise in implementing Software and Hardware Asset Management best practices. - Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and integrations with asset data sources. - Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations. - Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting. - ITIL Foundation certification preferred. - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SAM/HAM highly desirable.
