Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and AI-driven automation to build and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance HAM Pro, SAM Pro, asset lifecycle management, software licensing, and compliance workflows.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Cloud Discovery, Event Management, and MID Servers.
• Improve CMDB health using IRE, reconciliation, and governance best practices.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise tools such as Intune, SCCM, Flexera, and Tanium.
• Build scalable workflows and applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Develop AI-powered automation using ServiceNow AI Platform, Now Assist, AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of ITAM and/or ITOM implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Discovery, Event Management, MID Server, IRE, and CMDB Health.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP API skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled automation, LLMs, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA/CAD and relevant CIS certifications.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist, ServiceNow AI Agents, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Terraform, or Ansible.
