Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior ServiceNow Developer role based in Jaipur. We are specifically looking for candidates with 6–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience who can design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules and future-ready technologies.
Note: This is strictly an on-site role in Jaipur. Remote or work-from-home options are not available. The interview process will be conducted offline/in-person only.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support enterprise solutions across ITSM, ITOM, GRC, CSM, and related ServiceNow applications
- Design and develop custom Scoped Applications based on business requirements
- Build complex and modern Workspaces using UI Builder and Workspace framework
- Design and enhance Employee Service Center (ESC) and responsive Service Portals
- Develop server-side and client-side scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer solutions, and automations
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party platforms
- Work on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and operational visibility solutions
- Participate in AI-driven initiatives including Now Assist, GenAI, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and intelligent automation
- Ensure adherence to platform best practices, governance standards, security, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and release management activities
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical standards, reusable components, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Mandatory 6–8 years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, GRC, CSM, Scoped Applications, and Portal Development
- Hands-on experience with UI Builder, Workspace Development, and modern ServiceNow UI frameworks
- Strong scripting and development expertise using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow development best practices
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and enterprise system integrations
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software engineering principles, and scalable application design
- Experience with Flow Designer, ACLs, Update Sets, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies
- Good knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and platform governance
- Exposure to AI/GenAI, intelligent automation, or Now Assist capabilities will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
