Senior ServiceNow Developer

Position: Sr. ServiceNow Developer (3 Roles)

Location: Bengaluru / Pune, India (Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)

Work Type: Open for Contracting or Permanent

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

Role Overview:

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be a key contributor to a high-impact, cross-functional team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions who understands the strategic intersection of HRSD, CSM, Risk (IRM/BCM), and IT Operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5+ years of dedicated ServiceNow development experience.
• Cross-Module Development: Design and configure advanced solutions across HRSD (Employee Center, Lifecycle Events), CSM (Playbooks, Workspace), and IRM/BCM (Risk assessments, BIA, and Compliance).
• Asset & Ops Integration: Mature the ITAM and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping) footprints to ensure a healthy, automated CMDB.
• Advanced Integrations: Build and manage complex, bi-directional integrations using IntegrationHub, Spoke development, and REST/SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow with external ERPs and Identity providers.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert for the platform, ensuring all developments follow the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and prioritize Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionality.
• Shift Collaboration: Provide high-quality technical support and development during UK business hours, ensuring seamless communication with global stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Full Suite Proficiency: Proven experience implementing and customizing HRSD, CSM, BCM, IRM, ITAM, and ITOM.
• Scripting: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Pages/Macros.
• Automation: Expert-level knowledge of Flow Designer and Workflow Engine.
• Platform Governance: Experience with Update Set management, Instance Clones, and Patch/Upgrade testing.
• Certifications (Mandatory)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• At least one Mainline Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (e.g., CIS-HR, CIS-CSM, CIS-Discovery, or CIS-Risk & Compliance).
