Job Description

For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior ServiceNow Developer – ITSM & CSDM.

We are looking for a contractor, who is able to work full-time in CET working hours. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions including Incident, Change, Request and Service Catalog modules;
  • Experience in Employee Center Configuration, Portal Configuration and Catalog Integration;
  • Implement and maintain CSDM-compliant CMDB structures, service mapping, and governance processes;
  • Drive key topics of CSDM including Business Services, Application Services, Service Offerings;
  • Configure workflows, Flow Designer automations, SLAs, notifications, catalog items, and integrations;
  • Develop custom scripts, APIs, UI components, and reusable platform solutions;
  • Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to align CMDB and service data models;
  • Drive workshops and requirement discussions related to ITSM processes and CSDM adoption;
  • Support data quality initiatives, CMDB governance, reconciliation, and discovery-related activities;
  • Participate in UAT support, defect resolution, release validation, and production deployment activities;
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance;
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational support documentation;

Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • +6 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform;
  • Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and CSDM framework implementation;
  • Strong scripting and development experience in ServiceNow platform technologies Basic knowledge of ServiceNow Configuration and scripting;
  • Experience with CMDB management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data governance practices;
  • Knowledge of integrations, REST APIs, MID Server, and enterprise system connectivity;
  • Solid hands-on experience with Gen(AI) productive implementations on the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub CoPilot and vibe coding in Enterprise settings;
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio Code, CLI/terminal-based development, CI/CD workflows;
  • Fluent in English;
