About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in ITSM and GRC modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, integrations, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Request Management.
- Work on ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management.
- Design and develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and script includes.
- Customize forms, fields, and Service Catalog items as per business requirements.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, development, and processes.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM module implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and ACLs.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
