Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers / Leads with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow migration projects. The ideal candidates will have deep technical understanding across multiple ServiceNow modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow migration activities across various modules.
- Design, develop, and implement workflows, integrations, and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HRSD, and IRM.
- Perform system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow migration projects.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HRSD, and IRM.
- Experience in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Knowledge of integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
