Job Description
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect with hands-on experience in building and customizing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on Now Assist and Agentic AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Implement and support solutions using Now Assist and Agentic AI
- Collaborate with architects and functional teams to understand requirements
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations
- Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
- Participate in deployments, upgrades, and platform enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Now Assist and Agentic AI
- Good understanding of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred
