About the Role
A business in our community is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join their Low Code Practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and enterprise-scale implementations. They will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to design, configure, and implement highquality ServiceNow solutions that align with platform standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities: As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will:
- Act as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert advising clients on platform capabilities, design options, and best practices.
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow architectures and configurations.
- Drive workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Provide consultative guidance on ServiceNow roadmap, governance, and platform evolution.
- Design solutions aligned with ServiceNow standards, architecture, and development guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders across distributed delivery teams.
- Ensure high-quality documentation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder enablement.
- Support and design solutions for Domain Separation and multi-tenant environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and development of reusable solution components.
Requirements - Essential
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and enterprise implementations.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience in a consultant, solution designer, or client-facing role within ServiceNow.
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication, consulting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, standards, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience working with Domain Separation and multi-tenant environments.
- Prior exposure to complex enterprise environments and distributed project teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow SecOps or other modules is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD
- Other ServiceNow platform or specialist certifications.
Additional Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations of ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with continuous improvement or reusable component frameworks.
