Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai and Coimbatore for a Senior service Engineer and Accounts persons. We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Technician to lead the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of a diverse fleet of material handling equipment (MHE). This includes electric and internal combustion forklifts, reach trucks, pallet stackers, and specialized warehousing equipment. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert capable of solving complex issues, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Accounts Person Role:

we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our daily accounting operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Accounting: Record day-to-day financial transactions (Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Contra, Journal) in Tally Prime or ERP.
• Invoicing: Prepare and dispatch customer invoices, ensuring accurate tax codes (HSN/SAC) and rates.
• Banking: Handle bank reconciliation (BRS) weekly/monthly and coordinate with banks for NEFT/RTGS transfers.
• Payables & Receivables: Track outstanding payments from customers (Debtors) and process vendor payments (Creditors) on time.
• Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS calculations/deductions.
• Petty Cash: Maintain and reconcile petty cash vouchers daily.
• Stock Maintenance: Update inventory records in the system (Inward/Outward).

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements for management review.

Taxation: Independently file GST Returns, TDS Returns, and ensure timely payment of PT/PF/ESIC.

Audit Management: Lead the internal and statutory audit process; coordinate with external Chartered Accountants (CAs).

Payroll: Process monthly payroll, calculating allowances, deductions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Budgeting: Assist management in budget planning and analyze variances between actuals and projections.

Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior accounts staff to ensure data accuracy.

• Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) and ROC filing requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime (Mandatory) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST slabs, TDS rates, and golden rules of accounting

Experience in Material handling equipment's will be added advantages.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Engineering and Technical Support to deliver effective technical solutions to clients
• Experience in Customer Service to meet client needs and build strong relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and relevant sales platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in the industrial equipment sector will be an advantage
