About the Role

As a Senior Service Relationship Manager in Retail Banking, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery and operational support for wealth management products. Based in Hyderabad, this role involves processing applications for investment products, preparing MIS reports, and supporting Wealth Managers with data and compliance requirements. You will also oversee service team performance, ensure regulatory adherence, and contribute to a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Process applications for various investment products including Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIF, and Insurance.
  • Prepare MIS reports for sales performance of Wealth Managers.
  • Generate business reports in the system and ensure zero rejections in application processing.
  • Prepare portfolio and Morningstar reports for customer portfolio reviews.
  • Ensure all Wealth Managers hold mandatory NISM and IRDA certifications.
  • Maintain compliance with bank rules and regulatory guidelines.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure diligence in tasks performed by Associate SRMs and Service RMs.
  • Track the validity of NISM and IRDA certifications for Wealth Managers monthly.
  • Review transaction registers, filings, and client risk profiling weekly.
  • Maintain efficient MIS and provide necessary data support to Wealth Managers and Team Leaders.
  • Coordinate with the central team to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduation: Any discipline
  • Postgraduation: MBA / PGDM (Preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations, wealth management support, or financial services.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong understanding of investment products and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on zero-error processing.
  • Ability to manage and support service teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in MIS preparation and data analysis.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Commitment to process adherence and client service excellence.
  • Fluent in English with strong business communication skills
