External Job Description
Job Purpose -
The RSO is an officer in the Asian Paints – Bath Division,whose prime responsibilities are to maintain Customer Satisfaction score by working in close coordination with the Sales Team.
Business Responsibility Areas
- To handle customer complaints and ensure resolution,
- Spare FG Management - New /Reverse Logistics
- Quality – FM – Product feedback
- Maintaining prescribed ISO 2015 standards in operational area
- Extensive travel of 15- days in a month
- Managing Manpower - On roll / Off roll
- Market Visit - Dealer Visit and Consumer Site visit
- Big Data analysis – Documentation – Reports
- Functional initiatives
- He may be allotted any additional responsibility necessitated at the unit.
