Job Purpose -

The RSO is an officer in the Asian Paints – Bath Division,whose prime responsibilities are to maintain Customer Satisfaction score by working in close coordination with the Sales Team.

Business Responsibility Areas

• To handle customer complaints and ensure resolution,
• Spare FG Management - New /Reverse Logistics
• Quality – FM – Product feedback
• Maintaining prescribed ISO 2015 standards in operational area
• Extensive travel of 15- days in a month
• Managing Manpower - On roll / Off roll
• Market Visit - Dealer Visit and Consumer Site visit
• Big Data analysis – Documentation – Reports
• Functional initiatives
• He may be allotted any additional responsibility necessitated at the unit.
