SENIOR SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Service Engineer to lead the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of 3‑phase UPS systems for NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED. The role involves direct customer interaction, site assessments, and driving service excellence while supporting AMC, retrofit, and upgrade projects across the designated region.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and perform preventive maintenance on 3‑phase UPS systems.
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns, providing on‑site technical support.
• Conduct site visits, power audits, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure service satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and improvement recommendations.
• Support Annual Maintenance Contracts, retrofits, battery replacements, and UPS upgrades.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for critical repairs.
• Provide training and guidance to junior service staff.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, or Electronics.
• 5–10 years of experience in UPS, power electronics, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of 3‑phase UPS, batteries, and electrical panels.
• Proven troubleshooting and fault‑finding skills.
• Ability to conduct power audits and technical assessments.
• Excellent customer interaction and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with AMC management and retrofit projects.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Valid driving license.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
