Job Responsibilities :
* Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical & electronic equipment
* Component-level diagnosis and repair of electronic hardware
* Conduct service visits, remote support, and customer training
* Work on industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP
* Prepare detailed service reports and documentation in English
* Coordinate with the engineering team for product feedback and improvements
Required Qualifications:
* Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
* 3–5 years of experience in service engineering or electrical/electronic maintenance
* Strong knowledge of electrical & electronic components
* Hands-on experience in component-level troubleshooting and repairs
* Familiarity with industrial communication protocols
* Good verbal and written English communication skills
* Willingness to travel across India (40–50%) for service assignments
