Senior Service Delivery Manager

Overview:

Lead an 8-person EUC team, ensuring seamless IT support for Windows and macOS environments in a fast-paced startup. Manage EUC tools (Jira, MDM, AV), develop SOPs, and provide exceptional support, especially to management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the EUC team.
• Manage Windows/macOS, MDM, AV, and Jira.
• Develop and maintain SOPs.
• Handle management-level support requests.
• Manage Video Conference (AV) products
• Proactively solve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing Windows and macOS.
• People management experience.
• Startup environment experience.
• Expertise in Jira, MDM, and AV.
• SOP development knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Video conference (AV) product knowledge.
