Job Description

The Service Coordination & Documentation Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining all data, records, and documentation related to service operations. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in service reporting while supporting coordination between service teams, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all data and documentation related to service operations
  • Ensure timely collection, verification, and entry of service reports and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, job completion reports, and customer

  • Track service schedules, technician deployment, and parts utilization
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports and performance metrics for the service department
  • Support the service team with administrative tasks, system updates, and compliance

  • Ensure documentation is stored securely and meets regulatory and company standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and service coordination

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in service coordination or documentation roles, preferably in a technical/service environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong knowledge of service operations documentation and workflows
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), database systems, and ERP/CRM platforms
  • Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
  • Effective communication skills and ability to handle customer-facing documentation
