Role Description:

Manages complex infrastructure administration tasks, ensures
optimal performance, and leads small-to-medium IT projects. Acts as an
escalation point for junior admins and contributes to infrastructure
improvement initiatives.

Key Result Areas:

• Advanced Server & Infrastructure Management Optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, plan maintenance
  activities.
• Microsoft 365 & Azure Governance Conditional Access policies, Intune/Endpoint Manager administration,
  license optimization.
• Backup & DR Execution Oversee backup strategy, perform restore operations, conduct DR
  drills.
• Network & Directory Services Manage DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy enterprise configurations.
• Application & Database Management Configure IIS and SQL environments, performance tuning, and
  patching.
• Security & Compliance EDR configuration, vulnerability remediation, compliance audits.
• Team Mentoring & SOP Creation Guide junior staff, create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Competencies, Skills,
and Experience

• Skills: Advanced troubleshooting, automation (PowerShell), DR drills,
  performance optimization.
• Knowledge: Azure services, M365 governance, enterprise backup solutions, compliance
  frameworks.
• Behavior: Analytical thinking, mentoring, collaboration.
