Senior SEO Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Senior SEO Specialist to lead organic growth strategy for a portfolio of high-performing, service-based clients. This role is suited for someone who brings deep SEO expertise, a sharp analytical mind, and a relentless focus on measurable impact. You'll be responsible for driving search visibility, optimizing user journeys, and executing high-leverage SEO tactics in collaboration with a cross-functional team. This is a senior-level position where thought leadership, execution precision, and outcome ownership are all critical.

• Conduct advanced keyword and search intent research to guide both local and national SEO strategies
• Deliver in-depth site audits with prioritized action plans that improve rankings, conversions, and lead flow
• Optimize technical SEO, site architecture, and on-page content with clarity and strategic intent
• Track performance metrics including keyword rankings, lead volume, and conversion rates tied to organic channels
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and account strategists to align SEO work with broader marketing goals
• Stay ahead of search algorithm updates, ranking factors, and industry shifts to maintain and grow visibility
• Present strategy, progress, and insights in a clear and confident manner to internal stakeholders and clients
• Identify long-term opportunities for scalable SEO growth and lead the roadmap to execution

• 10+ years of hands-on SEO experience focused on driving rankings, revenue, and lead generation (excluding PPC)
• Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Mastery of SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and others
• Proven track record of delivering results through both local and national search strategies
• Strategic thinker with the ability to distill complex technical challenges into simple, actionable tasks
• Growth-obsessed, metrics-driven, and meticulous about tracking performance outcomes
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a high-performing team environment
