Senior SEO Specialist
Work Location : Greater Noida
K&K and IIPRD are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior SEO Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in SEO, organic traffic growth, content optimization, and digital branding. Candidates with exposure to website management and coordination with development teams will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, domain authority, and online visibility.
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives for websites, blogs, landing pages, and digital content.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink planning, and technical SEO audits.
- Monitor and improve metadata, internal linking, content structure, page speed, indexing, schema, and crawlability.
- Create SEO-friendly snippets, meta descriptions, blog summaries, short-form website/social media content, and optimized promotional content.
- Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related tools.
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to strengthen website architecture and digital reach.
- Manage multiple SEO and digital growth mandates simultaneously with measurable outcomes and defined timelines.
Desired Profile
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and organic digital growth.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content SEO.
- Proven experience in improving search rankings and driving measurable website traffic growth.
- Strong understanding of Google algorithms, indexing, crawling, and SEO performance metrics.
- Ability to create concise, impactful, and SEO-optimized content/snippets for websites, blogs, and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Keyword Research.
- Experience conducting detailed SEO Audits and identifying areas for improvement across websites.
- Expertise in using Web Analytics tools to monitor website performance, analyze metrics, and implement changes for improvement.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and coordination with web development teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Self-driven, focused, and capable of independently handling responsibilities with accountability and clear timelines.
Candidates currently based in Greater Noida or those who are willing to relocate and work out of the Greater Noida office for a long-term perspective will be preferred.
