Role Overview:
To strengthen our digital presence and improve organic lead generation, we require a dedicated Senior SEO Executive who can drive search engine visibility, optimize website performance, and support inbound marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution (Core Focus)
- Perform keyword research aligned with business offerings and target geographies
- Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, internal linking, etc.)
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements
- Improve website structure, crawlability, and indexing
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content for featured snippets, FAQs, and voice search queries
- Structure content to answer user intent clearly (question-based queries)
- Implement schema markup and structured data for better search visibility
- Improve content readability and direct answer formats for zero-click searches
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content to be discoverable in AI-driven search platforms (like ChatGPT and Google Gemini)
- Create authoritative, high-quality content that AI models can reference
- Focus on topical authority, semantic SEO, and entity-based optimization
- Continuously adapt strategies based on evolving AI search trends
Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Develop and execute link-building strategies
- Manage backlinks and domain authority growth
- Collaborate with content teams for SEO-driven blogs, case studies, and landing pages
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data and trends
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
- Basic understanding of AEO and GEO concepts
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of search intent, content structuring, and SERP behavior
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data
- Exposure to AI-driven search optimization strategies
- Basic understanding of HTML and CMS platforms
