lead our SEO initiatives end-to-end with ownership.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior SEO Executive who can independently plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies for:
EngineerBabu.com
Supersourcing.com
GetProjects.ai
Client websites (as needed)
You should be hands-on, data-driven, and confident in delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution
- Drive complete SEO roadmap: On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO & Content SEO.
- Build keyword clusters, topic authority, and content funnels.
- Competitor keyword analysis and gap identification.
- Website Optimization
- Optimize landing pages, blogs, service pages, dynamic pages.
- Improve crawlability, indexation, and site structure.
- Maintain high-performing Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema, and internal linking.
- Content Planning & Coordination
- Work with writers to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
- Build editorial calendars.
- Create clear content briefs with keyword intent, outlines, and internal links.
- Off-Page & Authority Building
- Plan and execute white-hat link-building.
- Build relationships with bloggers, publishers, communities.
- Track domain authority improvements.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Weekly and monthly SEO performance analysis.
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, backlinks, and technical issues.
- Prepare dashboards and insights for management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 36 years of proven SEO experience (preferably in IT services/SaaS).
- Strong understanding of search intent, keyword mapping, and LSI content.
- Expertise in Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge: schema, robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical, mobile optimization.
- Ability to execute SEO independently without external agency support.
- Experience in scaling blog traffic and ranking high-intent service pages.
- Strong communication & documentation skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with AI SEO tools and automation.
- Knowledge of CMS like WordPress, Webflow, Shopify.
- Ability to collaborate with design & development teams.
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus.
