Job Purpose:

To strengthen SEO visibility by acquiring high-quality backlinks through guest post outreach, publishing partnerships, and authority-building collaborations, ensuring consistent link growth for brand and organic presence.

Who you are:

A driven outreach specialist with 2–4 years of experience, strong negotiation, and communication abilities, capable of scaling link acquisition through guest posting, vendor coordination, and high-volume outreach management. You are detail-oriented, organized, and confident in evaluating website quality based on DA/DR, relevance, traffic, and editorial standards.

• Identify and shortlist relevant sites for guest posting
• Execute large-scale outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, communities, etc.
• Pitch, negotiate, follow-up, and convert guest post placements
• Maintain tracking dashboards for outreach status, content, and live links
• Secure quality backlinks aligned with SEO-safe practices
• Build recurring partnerships with publishers/editors
• Analyze competitors, track link metrics, and prepare monthly performance reports
• Work independently while ensuring publication quality and adherence to SEO guidelines
