About the Role :
Do you have hands-on SEO experience and a passion for scaling organic growth We are hiring a Senior SEO Executive to lead advanced initiatives, mentor junior team members, and help us stay ahead in the evolving world of AI-driven search.
Functional Skill (platform knowledge including excel/ppt)
- Lead keyword research, content gap analysis, and SEO opportunity identification.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to drive traffic and rankings.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for implementation.
- Analyze competitor SEO strategies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO compliance.
- Develop and manage link-building strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics.
- Mentor junior SEO executives and support their development.
- Keep up with algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Soft skills & Behavioural skills
- 35 years of experience in SEO with measurable results.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and crawl optimization.
- Excellent knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Communication Skills (Should be able to understand the requirements of the client, pass on the information to the team to work on, update the manager)
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in handling multiple SEO projects independently.
