- 35 years of experience in creating SEO-focused content, preferably with a consumer tech brand
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and on-page optimization
- Proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console
- Exceptional writing and editing skills are required
- Good time management: handle multiple articles, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality
- A proactive mindset that's able to suggest topics and improvements in the content
Responsibilities
- Write and optimize SEO-friendly content on tech, gadgets, apps, and digital trends
- Conduct keyword research to identify trending topics, content gaps, and long-term opportunities
- Collaborate with editorial and SEO teams to ensure content aligns with user intent and SEO best practices
- Work with graphics/design teams to provide or review visuals and enhance content readability
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven improvements
- Update existing content to improve rankings, readability, and engagement
- Stay up-to-date with SEO algorithms, digital content trends, and competitors strategies
- Ensure all content meets SEO best practices proper keyword usage, internal linking, headings, and meta tags
