We work with global clients across industries to build impactful web and mobile applications. We're looking for a Senior SEO + ASO Specialist who can lead and execute strategies that drive traffic, visibility, and conversions across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies for websites and web applications.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, content, URL structure, schema, etc.) for search engine visibility.
• Manage off-page SEO efforts including link building, outreach, and content promotion.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl, indexation, and performance issues.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  
  

App Store Optimization (ASO)

• Plan and execute ASO strategies to improve app visibility and downloads on Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Conduct competitor and keyword analysis specific to app marketplaces.
• Optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, icons, and other metadata.
• Collaborate with the design and development team to improve app conversion rates.
• Monitor app performance metrics and rankings and implement continuous improvement tactics.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SEO and ASO.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, AppTweak, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest SEO and ASO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Experience collaborating with content, design, and development teams.
• Experience in mobile app marketing and performance marketing.
• Knowledge of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads).
• Understanding of analytics tools like Firebase and Mixpanel for app performance tracking.
