We're looking for an SEO Analyst with 5 - 6 years of experience who has a strong grasp of search engine optimization, enjoys data-driven strategy, and is ready to take ownership of impactful SEO projects across diverse industries.
What You'll Do- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify on-page, technical, and content-related improvements.
- Develop and execute keyword research and competitive analysis to shape content and ranking strategies.
- Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, schemas, and internal linking structures for maximum visibility and performance.
- Collaborate with the content team to enhance content strategy, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
- Plan and manage link-building campaigns, identifying high-quality opportunities and maintaining outreach relationships.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Identify and implement technical SEO enhancements in coordination with developers.
- Stay ahead of the curve by following Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and AI-driven optimization techniques.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
What the Role Entails- Collaborating closely with our 8-member SEO team to strategise and execute client projects.
- Contributing to SEO strategy planning with in-depth keyword research, SERP analysis, and content recommendations.
- Implementing AI automation workflows to streamline processes and reporting.
- Managing multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality SEO outputs.
- Mentoring junior SEO associates and sharing knowledge within the team.
What We're Looking For- 5 to 6 years of proven hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency with key SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Good command over Excel/Google Sheets for keyword mapping, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing presentations and documentation.
- A proactive learner who stays updated with industry trends, tools, and Google updates.
