We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven SEM Analyst with strong expertise in Google Ads. The ideal candidate should bring at least 4+ years of proven experience in SEM, along with prior agency experience in managing eCommerce accounts. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver measurable results for clients.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Google Shopping Ads.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Must have worked with an eCommerce Marketing Agency for at least 3 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end performance execution across key acquisition channels, while managing technical infrastructure, feed optimization, and robust cross-channel tracking.
- Proactively audit and optimize the full Paid portfolio to consistently exceed Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets.
- Identify and implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies across client funnels to unlock incremental revenue growth and improve overall campaign efficiency.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated reporting dashboards (GA4/Looker Studio) to conduct comprehensive performance analysis and translate complex data into decisive, actionable strategic recommendations.

Requirements
- Must have worked with a marketing agency for at least 4 years.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
- Good understanding of primary e-commerce CMSs (Shopify, Big Commerce, Woo Commerce, and Magento).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in handling US accounts is a plus.
