Senior Security Specialist

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Security Specialist to lead and strengthen our on-ground security operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant environment through effective shift management, incident response, and team leadership.

As the tactical lead, you will play a key role in managing security operations, responding to incidents, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external authorities.

• Key Responsibilities
  
  

Operational Leadership

• Lead and manage assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and strict adherence to security protocols
  
  

Incident Management

• Act as the first responder for security and safety incidents
• Ensure timely escalation and coordinate follow-up actions with the Site Security Manager
  
  

Reporting & Documentation

• Review and validate incident reports for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain proper documentation using incident management systems
  
  

Vulnerability Assessment

• Conduct regular security checks, including penetration testing, to identify and mitigate risks
  
  

Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as the point of contact for statutory authorities and media during unplanned visits
• Collaborate with RSOC for threat monitoring and incident resolution
  
  

Emergency Preparedness

• Lead emergency drills and ensure readiness across teams for crisis situations
  
  

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide and mentor Security Specialists to build a culture of vigilance and continuous improvement
• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in security operations
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and incident management tools (e.g., Resolver, Everbridge)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
