Responsibilities
- Lead a SOC team of threat hunters, forensic analysts & incident responders
- Hunt advanced threats using MS Sentinel & Defender
- Manage endtoend incident response: detection containment recovery
- Direct digital forensics & evidence handling to regulatory standards
- Report findings clearly to executives & nontechnical stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT, Legal & Compliance teams to strengthen security posture
- Drive continuous improvement of playbooks, KPIs & security strategy
- Act as Incident Commander during major security events
What will help you succeed in this role
Essential
- Strong expertise in MS Sentinel, MS Defender, Azure AD / Entra ID
- 3+ years in cybersecurity (threat hunting, forensics, incident response)
- 2+ years in a technical lead/managerial role in SOC/IR teams
- Handson with SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, forensic tools & log analysis
- Excellent communication skills for technical & nontechnical audiences
- Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL frameworks
Desirable
- Familiarity with MS Purview, MS 365
- Experience with MS Exchange Admin, MS Admin Center, MS Intune
- Active Directory (Users, Groups, OU management)
- Firewall/security equipment deployment & management
- Industry certifications (GIAC, CISM, CISSP)
