RADIUS is seeking a full-time Senior Security Engineer - Cloud & Compliance for an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves implementing and maintaining robust application, network, and information security measures. The individual will design, assess, and enhance security controls, oversee cybersecurity initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the Senior Security Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks while staying up-to-date with emerging security technologies.

• Strong expertise in Application Security and Security Engineering.
• Proficiency in Network Security and Cybersecurity practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Information Security and associated compliance frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and risk management skills.
• Experience working in a cloud-native environment and understanding of cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
