Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Security Consultant specializing in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The consultant will conduct comprehensive security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve the security posture of client systems and networks. Responsibilities include performing advanced penetration tests, analyzing application and network security risks, delivering detailed reports, and collaborating with clients to implement security improvements. The role involves staying updated on the latest security threats and tools to ensure optimal protection against modern cybersecurity risks.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Security Consulting and Cybersecurity, with a proven ability to design and deliver robust security solutions.
• Strong knowledge in Application Security, including secure code practices and identifying vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency in Network Security and Information Security, with experience in assessing and protecting network infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience with Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) tools and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex security challenges and present actionable strategies and solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or similar are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred.
