Senior Security Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) Engineer with strong expertise in Endpoint Protection (EPP) and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR). The primary focus of this role is to implement, configure, and optimize MDE in enterprise environments. Vulnerability Management is a secondary responsibility, with exposure to Tenable tools considered a plus

Primary Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
• In-depth experience with Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP)
• Proven knowledge of Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) within MDE
• Experience in deployment, onboarding, configuration, and tuning of MDE
• Ability to investigate and respond to endpoint security incidents using MDE

Secondary Skills (Required)

• Experience with Vulnerability Management concepts and processes
• Ability to identify, assess, and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities
• Familiarity with vulnerability reporting, risk prioritization, and remediation tracking

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Hands-on experience with Tenable products such as:
• Nessus
• Tenable.io
• Tenable.sc
• Exposure to Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) in Microsoft Defender
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
