Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security threats, responding to security incidents, and implementing measures to protect our organization's assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and incidents: Analyze security alerts and incidents to determine the root cause and impact.
- Respond to security incidents: Respond to security incidents, including containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Conduct threat analysis: Analyze andidentifypotential security threats, including malware, phishing, and other types of cyber-attacks.
- Implement security measures: Implement security measures to protect our organization's assets, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate with other teams: Collaborate with other teams, including incident response, threat intelligence, and security engineering.
- Stayup-to-datewith security trends: Stay current with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience: 2-4 years of experience in cyber security or a related field.
- Technical skills: Strong technical skills in security fundamentals, including network security, operating system security, and cloud security.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, includingabilityto analyze complex security issues and develop creative solutions.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP, are desirable.
