The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams while driving successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder management to ensure alignment and effective communication across all project phases
• Drive benefits realization, ensuring projects deliver measurable business value
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules
• Oversee schedule management to ensure timely milestone delivery
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and crisis situations proactively
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams within the Scrum framework
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Report project status, risks, and issues to senior management
• Mentor junior team members on Scrum and project management best practices
