Senior Scrum Master

Overview

In this role, you will be a key member of the Customer Platform team within the IT organization, driving the successful delivery of Salesforce CRM initiatives that support global Sales, Marketing and Service functions. You will lead Agile execution across multiple Salesforce workstreams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business priorities. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders while driving continuous improvement through Agile best practices, ensuring cross-functional alignment, effective dependency management, and disciplined execution

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, providing alternative solutions to minimize risk.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective participation and outcome-driven discussions.
• Drive Agile execution across Salesforce teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering high-quality, scalable CRM solutions.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure well-defined, prioritized backlogs with clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Track and monitor key delivery metrics such as sprint % completion, FTPR, and team velocity, providing actionable insights to improve team performance and predictability.
• Identify and proactively remove impediments, managing risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master delivering projects on Salesforce / CRM platforms.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating ceremonies, and driving delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• SAFe Scrum Master or other scaled Agile certifications are a plus.
