As a Scrum Master , you will facilitate agile processes, remove impediments, and ensure the team delivers high-quality software efficiently. Responsibilities: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the team on agile principles and practices. Track and report sprint progress using Jira or similar tools. Remove blockers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with product owners to refine backlog and priorities. Qualifications: 12+ years experienced and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
