About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Scrum Master with 67 years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in
Agile delivery and
Azure DevOps (ADO). The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, enabling team performance, and ensuring effective sprint execution and tracking using Azure DevOps.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices
- Remove impediments and manage risks and dependencies
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog grooming and prioritization
- Track sprint progress, velocity, and metrics using Azure DevOps
- Maintain ADO boards, dashboards, and reports
- Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence
Required Skills
- 67 years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years as a Scrum Master
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps Boards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Scrum / SAFe certification preferred
Preferred Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
