We are looking for an experienced
Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager with strong E-commerce domain expertise to lead Agile delivery for large-scale digital commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will drive
Agile transformation, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of E-commerce applications including web, mobile, and backend services.
This role requires expertise in
Scrum, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, sprint planning, and end-to-end project delivery while collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, removing impediments and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Ensure teams follow Agile best practices and Scrum framework.
- Track and report velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
Project & Delivery Management
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for E-commerce platforms.
- Create and maintain project plans, release plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Teams, and Engineering Leads.
- Provide status updates and progress reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with UI/UX teams, developers, QA teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Support teams in delivering scalable and high-performing E-commerce solutions.
- Foster team collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
E-commerce Platform Delivery
- Lead projects related to:
- Online storefront development
- Payment gateway integrations
