Senior SCPO Consultant

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SCPO Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, migration, integration, and optimization of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning & Optimization (SCPO) and Cognitive Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional supply chain planning knowledge and technical expertise to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Participate in the implementation, migration, enhancement, and support of Blue Yonder SCPO and Cognitive Planning solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
• Configure and customize Blue Yonder SCPO modules based on business needs.
• Develop and support integrations between Blue Yonder solutions and enterprise applications.
• Design and implement solution components using SQL, PL/SQL, scripting, and integration technologies.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout project delivery.
• Support supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and replenishment planning.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support during implementation and production phases.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop technical documentation, solution design documents, and operational procedures.
• Support cloud and on-premise deployments of enterprise supply chain planning solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Perform data analysis, data validation, and reporting activities to support business operations.
• Work with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and Cognos.
• Stay current with emerging technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics applicable to supply chain planning.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in enterprise application development, supply chain solutions, or Blue Yonder implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder SCPO and Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning Optimization concepts and business processes.
• Experience participating in end-to-end implementation lifecycle projects.
• Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Hands-on experience with Unix Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar database technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or equivalent cloud environments.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with ETL processes, data migration, and enterprise application integration.
• Knowledge of Python, Perl scripting, or related technologies.
• Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, and data analytics concepts is desirable.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in both cloud and on-premise environments.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI or Cognos.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work directly with business users and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile and enterprise project delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
