As a
Senior Scientist , you will be the subject matter expert driving innovation in
soil health ,
nutrient efficiency , and
sustainable soil management practices. You will lead laboratory and field research programs, translate scientific findings into practical farmer solutions, and work closely with product development, agronomy, and business teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead high-stakes research programs targeting soil health restoration , radical nutrient use efficiency, carbon sequestration , and advanced microbiome engineering.
- Design and execute large-scale, multi-location field trials with uncompromising scientific rigor to generate decisive, publication-worthy results.
- Pioneer next-generation nutrient management strategies (INM, SSNM, precision, nano, and biological systems) that shatter existing benchmarks in performance and sustainability.
- Build and validate disruptive soil diagnostics, real-time monitoring tools, and data-driven platforms that deliver measurable impact at scale.
- Forge powerful collaborations with ICAR, global institutions, and industry leaders while rapidly converting research into patents, high-impact publications, and commercially dominant products.
- Provide sharp technical leadership across product development, regulatory, and commercialization teams.
