Role Description

The Senior School Growth Consultant will focus on driving the growth of educational institutions by leveraging effective strategies and tools. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing sales pipelines, planning and executing events, implementing marketing initiatives, and utilizing CRM systems to nurture relationships with clients. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, requiring active client engagement and strategic consultation to contribute to the overall growth of partnered institutions.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Sales strategy development
  • Experience in Event Planning and execution
  • Strong marketing skills, including campaign management and branding
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Past experience in education or related domains is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields
