Role: Senior SAP WM S/4 HANA Consultant

Exp: 8 - 15 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP WM Consultant with 8+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM), preferably with hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation projects. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring SAP WM processes, supporting integration with other SAP modules, and delivering end-to-end warehouse management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in SAP WM implementation and rollout projects on S/4HANA.
• Gather and analyse business requirements related to warehouse and inventory management.
• Perform SAP WM configuration and prepare functional specifications where required.
• Configure and support key WM processes, including:
• Inbound and outbound processes
• Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI)
• Putaway and picking
• Transfer Orders / Transfer Requirements
• Physical Inventory
• Stock movements and storage strategies
• Warehouse structure and storage types
• Work closely with SAP MM, SD, PP and other integrated modules to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
• Support integration with logistics execution and related warehouse processes.
• Prepare functional design documents, test scripts and process documentation.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing and support UAT.
• Identify and resolve configuration and production issues.
• Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports and integrations.
• Provide user training and support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Participate in cutover, data migration and go-live activities.
• Work with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on experience in SAP WM.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management business processes.
• Strong SAP WM configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of integration with SAP MM and SD.
• Experience with inventory management and logistics execution processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with onsite/offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA Warehouse Management and migration/transition projects.
• Exposure to SAP EWM is an added advantage.
• Experience with RF/mobile warehouse processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of interfaces and integration with third-party warehouse systems is a plus.
• Experience in global implementation or rollout projects is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP certification is an advantage.
