We are seeking a
SAP WM Senior Functional Consultant to join our Information Technology team at Fossil Group in
Bengaluru, Karnataka. If you are passionate about warehouse management systems and enjoy driving SAP WM configurations and business process optimization, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will lead SAP WM implementations, enhancements, and integrations to support efficient and scalable warehouse operations.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP WM configurations
- Configure and enhance SAP WM modules including warehouse structure, storage types, putaway, picking, and replenishment strategies
- Collaborate with global architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and resolve issues arising during testing cycles
- Manage inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes including inventory control and warehouse optimization
- Support integrations with MM, SD, and production processes including staging and backflush operations
- Develop technical and end-user documentation, conduct training sessions, and support knowledge transfer activities
Who You Are
- 47 years of experience in SAP WM with strong exposure to manufacturing and logistics processes
- Experience in at least 23 end-to-end SAP implementations
- Strong expertise in SAP WM configuration including warehouse structure, transfer orders, physical inventory, and handling unit management
- Knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics, internal warehouse movements, and inventory management processes
- Experience working with RF frameworks, barcode scanning solutions, and integration tools such as IDocs and external WMS systems
- Familiarity with SAP EWM, S/4HANA WM, or migration projects is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in global environments
- Good communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
